Description

This is Lylia Lyfire, who is one of my many characters. Her hair is originally blue as her normal anime style form, but I chose black hair for her real form as blue isn't a natural hair colour.

Painted in Paint Shop Pro 9 in approximately 12 hours.

Note: I hope I'm putting all these in the right category ^^;

I'm passing on advice that i have received in days long past. Avoid adding more than one art piece on one day, people don't really take a look at all your artworks at once, and if they do they tend to vote/crit only one(or two). Lylia is a character of what by the way?Backgrounds a little off But the pic has a nice composition......and i like her eyes.

Hey, Zazill. I'm have been a part of DeviantART for some time so I uploaded my best works on here, that's why. Thanks for the advice though fellow neighbour. Everyone always does like her eyes

Great job on the character: love the expression, eyes, and colours. Agreed though, that the background is a little dull. Also, I find the edge where her hair meets the background a little to "cut-out" looking. Beautiful portrait. Nice job.

Nice work, the eyes are very pretty

The haic could have used smaller strands of hair , I think that her left shoulder is too light according to the lighsource. Well done anyways

I like this piece but I think her face is a little flat. Some more highlights would help.
